Refund Policy
1. Overview
JYGYO Media LLC is committed to delivering high-quality AI automation and SEO services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. Custom Services Nature
All work performed by JYGYO Media LLC is custom-scoped and bespoke. Each engagement involves significant upfront planning, research, and implementation specific to the client’s business. As a result, refunds are limited as described below.
3. Full Refund
A full refund is available if a cancellation request is submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of payment, provided no work has been started. Once work has commenced, a full refund is not available.
4. Partial Refund
If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued on a prorated basis based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, as determined in good faith by JYGYO Media LLC. Supporting documentation of work completed will be provided upon request.
5. No Refund
No refund will be issued: after the project has been fully completed and delivered; after the client has formally approved the deliverables in writing; for dissatisfaction with results dependent on third-party factors (e.g., search engine algorithm changes); or where the client has failed to fulfil their obligations.
6. How to Request
Send an email to contact@jygyo.com with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Name]”. Include your name, date of payment, service purchased, and reason for your request.
7. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
